Ingredients: split peas - onions - carrots - celery - garlic - oregano - salt - turmeric - liquid smoke - pepper.
Heating Instructions: Place frozen or thawed contents in a pot. Simmer covered on low heat until hot. If necessary, add water.
To Microwave: Remove lid, from frozen microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir, then 3 more minutes on high.
